Very captivating article from Emma Thomasson, Chief Bureau Zurich @Reuters on how Nestlé « interact with the online enemy ». Nestlé beefed up its digital engagement with the creation of the Digital Acceleration Team, which mission is to  « listen, engage, transform and inspire »…. (what does Nestlé want to transform ?)
